Featuring insulated roofs, which reduce condensation and moisture inside the units. Cement foundation with heavy mill plastic under the cement reduces condensation on the floors.

All of our buildings have dusk to dawn security lighting. And we are located across the street from the police station. Each unit comes with its own unique lock and key for 24 hour access. We also have security cameras on property.
Clean.
The walls go all the way down to the floor and up to the ceiling. No nosy neighbors or debris will transfer from unit to unit. Featuring all medal buildings, eliminating moisture and odor.

Policies
Please note that we do not have an office location. We are happy to meet you at your unit at 545 S Main Street. Rent is typically mailed and we now offer credit/debt card payment! Instructions will be included with your welcome packet.
Security deposit due with first month rent. (Security deposit is equal to one month rent)
First month rent is pro-rated. Rent will be due on the first of the month each month moving forward.
Annual lease is not required.
$50 lock and key replacement fee if you loose your key.
30 day notice required before moving out.

Deep one car garage or 250 square feet. Perfect for a small boat on a trailer while keeping the motor on the boat. These units do not come available often.

Size of a one car garage or 200 square feet. These are great for storing larger items, such as furniture or full-sized appliances. Small boats, cars, snowmobiles, or 4 wheelers. Enough room for storing contents of a multi-bedroom home, up to five rooms.

3/4 of a one car garage or 150 square feet. These are great for storing a 4 wheeler, a snowmobile, or a lawn mower along with a few other smaller items. Enough room for storing the contents of a two bedroom apartment or smaller home.
